2.     Is the strength training portion of DomeFit360 more like classic Pilates or Mega Reformers?

When it comes to strength training, DomeFit360 doesn’t fully align with either classic Pilates or mega reformer workouts—it’s a cutting-edge fusion that takes the best of both and redefines the game. Classic Pilates offers precision but often lacks intensity in its strength training, relying on deep breathing and easy stretches that don’t deliver the soreness you crave for effective muscle building. Mega reformers, on the other hand, bring power and resistance but can cause shoulder and neck strain due to their intense mechanics. DomeFit360’s strength training strikes a bold balance, drawing on Pilates’ precision and mega reformers’ resistance while introducing a fast-paced, high-intensity approach that ensures results without the strain.

4.     How many days a week should I take class?

At DomeFit360, our workout fuses equal parts Pilates-inspired strength training and high-energy cardio on the bike, crafted for all levels without overwhelming intensity. Newcomers will find the pace approachable, while those accustomed to regular workouts can sustain daily sessions in the neon-charged grid. To ignite visible results, we recommend at least 3 sessions per week, leveraging our innovative blend of precision and power.

5.     When will I start seeing results?

Thanks to DomeFit360’s potent blend of cardio and strength training, results hit faster than with strength alone, where fat burning lags behind. If you attend daily, pair it with moderate eating—no binging or revenge feasts after the workout session—watch the scale drop within just a week. In a month, your body will feel tighter, and your clothes will fit better as the fat-burning cardio and muscle-building strength sync up. Stick strictly to this routine with moderate eating for three months, and your willpower will forge a transformed physique, evolving you into a new self in the neon-charged grid. Consistency is your fuel—aim for at least 3 classes weekly to ignite this rapid progress!

6.     What should I bring to class?

At DomeFit360, we prioritize safety and sanitation above all—our strength lies in exceeding industry standards with rigorous hygiene measures. Grip socks are mandatory in all studios for safety and cleanliness, available for purchase on-site if needed. To ensure double sanitization, our studios provide portable UV lights to sanitize your socks before you step onto our cutting-edge Pilates equipment—no need to bring your own. For the bike segment, equip yourself with either ordinary sports shoes or cycling shoes that clip into the pedals—our advanced bikes accommodate both seamlessly. Shoe rental is unavailable to maintain a hygienic environment, so come prepared to power up in this electrified, dual-action workout with your own gear!

General

1.     What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?

At DomeFit360, we maintain a streamlined grid with a clear policy for cancellations and punctuality. You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 10 hours before it begins without any charge. If you cancel or reschedule within that 10-hour window, a penalty applies based on your booking method: if you used a class pack or a 4-, 8-, or 12-session monthly plan, you’ll forfeit that session; if you’re on an unlimited plan, a $40 late cancellation fee will be applied. Separately, arriving late to class after the door is closed and locked also incurs the same penalty: you’ll lose the session for a pack or plan, or face a $40 fee for unlimited bookings. Refunds are not available for late cancellations, keeping the system fair in our neon-charged grid. To cancel, log into your DomeFit360 account, navigate to “My Profile” > “My Bookings,” and select “Cancel Booking” next to the class you wish to drop.

2.     What happens if I arrive late to class?
If you arrive late to your scheduled DomeFit360 class, you will be denied entry to the studio and cannot participate in the session as the door will be closed and locked at the scheduled start time of the class for safety purposes. This restriction ensures you have sufficient time for check-in, equipment setup, and a proper warm-up, all essential for your safety and to deliver a complete, balanced workout. To facilitate this process, DomeFit360 recommends that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Timely arrival also helps avoid interruptions for other participants already engaged in their training.

3.     How does DomeFit360 ensure studio cleanliness and sanitation?
DomeFit360 upholds a rigorous standard of hygiene through comprehensive cleaning measures. Professional cleaning staff regularly sanitize high-touch areas and equipment within the studio, utilizing antimicrobial, antiviral, and antifungal cleaning techniques to maintain a safe environment. Clients are required to sanitize their grip socks using portable UV lights provided at the studios prior to using the Pilates equipment, enhancing safety protocols. This requirement supports DomeFit360’s mandatory grip sock policy, which bolsters the studio’s dedication to sanitary conditions. Additionally, after each class, you must clean your equipment with studio-supplied wipes that possess antibacterial, antifungal, and virus-eliminating properties, adding a further layer of protection. To reinforce these hygiene practices, DomeFit360 does not offer shoe rentals. However, the indoor bikes are designed to support both ordinary sports shoes and specialized shoes that clip onto the pedals, accommodating your preferences while upholding cleanliness standards.

4.     What is the expiration policy for credits?
DomeFit360 credits have specific expiration timelines. Individual credits, including those for trainee instructor sessions, expire 30 days after purchase. Credits in a 5-pack expire after 45 days, while those in a 10-pack last for 90 days. The New Client Buy-1-Get-1 package credits expire after 14 days. If you opt for a monthly membership, the allocated class credits expire at the end of each billing month and do not carry over to the next period. All credits are activated on the purchase date, and you can find the expiration date on your emailed purchase receipt.

5.     How does the waitlist process work?
DomeFit360 offers a waitlist option for classes, which you can join up to 10 hours before the class begins. On the DomeFit360 booking website, a class with a waitlist will display “Join Waitlist” instead of “Reserve Spot”. Select “Join Waitlist” to add yourself to the list. If a spot becomes available more than 10 hours before the class, you will be automatically enrolled and receive a confirmation email. If you remain on the waitlist and do not secure a spot, the credit will be returned to your account for future use.

By joining the waitlist, you confirm your availability to attend if a spot opens. If you can no longer attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist at least 10 hours before the class start time. Failing to do so and canceling a waitlisted spot within 10 hours will be treated as a late cancellation, incurring the same penalties as outlined in the cancellation policy: if you booked with a class pack or a 4-, 8-, or 12-session monthly plan, you will forfeit the session; if you’re on an unlimited plan, a $40 late cancellation fee will apply.

To check your waitlist status, log into your DomeFit360 account, navigate to “My Profile” > “My Bookings,” and look for your class status. If you have been added to the class, it will display “Waitlist Confirmed.” To review all classes you have waitlisted for, select the “Waitlist” tab at the top right of the “My Bookings” section.

6.     What happens if I book multiple classes as backups?
You may book more than one class as a backup, but be aware that if you fail to attend any of the booked sessions, those credits will still be subject to DomeFit360’s late cancellation policy. If you are on an unlimited plan and choose to reserve multiple classes, note that if you secure spots in both, one of your later scheduled reservations will be automatically canceled. Similar to booking a single class, you remain accountable for adhering to the late cancellation policy for each reservation.

7.     How many days a week should I take class?

8.     What is an off-peak class?

Off-peak classes at DomeFit360 are the standard 50-minute cardio-strength sessions but are scheduled during less popular hours, allowing for a reduced price. These classes will be marked as “Off-Peak” on the studio’s schedule if available at your location.

9.     What is a Trainee Instructor class?

Trainee Instructor classes are conducted by instructors who are finalizing their certification process with DomeFit360. These sessions are available only at designated times.

10.  Am I able to attend classes while pregnant?
The well-being of both you and your baby remains the foremost concern at DomeFit360. Due to the cardio component of our workouts, we do not recommend your participation, even with prior experience. However, if your healthcare provider has expressly approved your involvement and you have previously engaged in our cardio-strength sessions, you may participate, provided you notify your instructor of your pregnancy before the session begins to allow for necessary adjustments. Regardless, participation in horror-themed classes is strictly prohibited for pregnant individuals, given their heightened intensity.

11.  What is the minimum age to participate in classes?

You must be at least 16 years old to attend a DomeFit360 class. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver on your behalf before you can participate in your initial session.

12.  How does DomeFit360 handle class cancellations due to inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather, DomeFit360 will notify you via email of any class cancellations prior to the scheduled start time. If you do not receive a notification, you should assume the class will proceed as planned. To ensure you are set up to receive DomeFit360 alerts, please confirm your email notification preferences.

13.  May I bring my child or pet to the studio?
To maintain a secure environment, DomeFit360 prohibits the presence of unaccompanied individuals under the age of 16 in the studio at all times, as this aligns with our minimum participation age. Additionally, pets are not permitted in the studio to ensure a safe and focused setting for all participants.

14.  Are cell phones allowed in class?
DomeFit360 encourages you to keep your cell phone stored securely out of sight to minimize distractions for yourself, your instructor, and other participants during the session. If you bring a phone into the studio, please switch it to silent or airplane mode and avoid using it throughout the class.

Membership

1.     Which membership plan suits my fitness needs?

For the ultimate transformation and unbeatable value, embrace the 12-month Premium Membership with 12 classes per month or unlimited, designed to deliver lasting results and maximize your savings. If you are just starting out or navigating a busy schedule, kickstart your progress with the 4-class-per-month or 8-class-per-month plans to build confidence at your own pace. Plus, the Premium Memberships with 6- or 12-month commitments unlock deeper discounts compared to class packs, fueling your dedication with every step forward!

2.     Will my unused membership classes carry over to the next month?
Unused classes from a 4-class, 8-class, or 12-class-per-month membership will not transfer to the following month.

3.     When will I be charged for my membership?
If you purchased a monthly subscription, your DomeFit360 membership will renew on a monthly basis, with automatic charges applied on the same date each month as your initial purchase. If you are unsure of your billing date, you can check it on the DomeFit360 website under the “Subscriptions and Transactions” section of the menu.

4.     What happens if I use all my membership classes before the billing cycle ends?
Should you use all your allocated classes before the end of your billing period, you can purchase additional sessions at a reduced price directly through the DomeFit360 website when scheduling your next class. You might also consider upgrading your membership plan for the upcoming month by emailing info@domefitstudios.com.

5.     Am I able to upgrade or downgrade my membership plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. To initiate the change, please email us info@domefitstudios.com with the subject line “Membership Upgrade/Downgrade,” and our team will assist you with the process.

6.     What is the process to cancel my membership?
To cancel your DomeFit360 membership, you must submit a cancellation request to info@domefitstudios.com with the subject line “Membership Cancellation.” Our team will process your request within 7 business days of submission. Please be aware that a 30-day notice is required prior to your next billing date to avoid charges for the following month. Please note that Premium Memberships may not be terminated prior to the expiration of the commitment period without incurring a penalty, except as otherwise mandated by applicable consumer protection statutes. Requests for early termination must be submitted in writing no fewer than 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Early termination fees are as follows:

  • For a 6-month commitment: 1 month’s membership fee.

  • For a 12-month commitment:

    • During the first 6 months: 2 months’ membership fees.

    • During the final 6 months: 1 month’s membership fee.

7.     May I bring a friend to a class?

If you have Premium Membership, you are permitted to bring a guest to a DomeFit360 class once every rolling 30-day period at no additional cost. Additionally, you can bring a friend up to 4 times per month at a reduced price. To utilize this perk, you must activate the “Bring a Friend” feature on the DomeFit360 website when booking the class for you and your guest.
